If you've received a ticket without being charged, please be aware that our scanners won't verify the ticket at the event. To ensure entry, you must pay for a valid ticket. On the event day, please present your ticket for verification at the venue entrance. Our staff will scan the QR code on your ticket and issue you a wristband for entry. Make sure to keep your ticket and wristband secure throughout the event.
If you lose your wristband during the event, please contact event staff or security immediately. They will assist you in getting a replacement wristband to ensure your continued access to the event.
No, there are no additional fees for ticket purchases on the event day. The ticket price you paid during your online purchase covers all costs, including entry and wristband issuance.
